Delivery and returns
Orders leave the fulfillment center within one business day and reach most United States addresses in three to six. Returns are accepted for 60 days from purchase, opened jars included.

- Orders placed before 2pm Pacific on a business day are dispatched the same day.
- Tracking is emailed at dispatch. Check spam before writing to us; it is the commonest explanation.
- We ship within the United States only.
- Delivery days are business days and exclude federal holidays.
If something goes wrong on the way
Tracking has not moved for several days
Carrier scans sometimes stall without the parcel doing so. If there has been no movement for four business days, email [email protected] with the order number and we open a trace.
The parcel says delivered and it is not here
Check with neighbours and around the property first, since most turn up within a day. If it does not, tell us within seven days of the delivery scan and we replace the order.
A jar arrived damaged or the seal was broken
Photograph it and email us. We replace it and you do not need to return anything. Do not use a jar with a broken induction seal.
Wrong kit arrived
Our error, our cost. We ship the correct kit immediately and arrange collection of the wrong one.
Returns, step by step
Email first
Send your order number to [email protected] within 60 days of the purchase date. Returns sent without instructions can take weeks to match to an order.
Use the address and reference we send
Write the reference on the outside of the parcel.
Pack the jars, opened or not
All jars from the order go back, including empties, in any packaging that will survive the journey.
Post it and keep the receipt
Return postage is yours unless the order was damaged or incorrect. Proof of postage protects you if a parcel is lost in transit.
Refund
Issued to the original payment method within three to five business days of arrival, minus any shipping paid on the original order.
