This policy describes what this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, and it is short because we collect little.

What this site collects by itself

Almost nothing. There is no account system, no login, no comment section and no advertising network embedded in these pages. The site loads a font file from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service and it sees your IP address in the process. Our own server keeps standard access logs containing IP address, timestamp, page requested and browser type, retained for 30 days for security and diagnostics.

What you give us deliberately

If you email us, we hold that correspondence: your name, your email address, your order number and whatever you chose to write. The contact form on the support page opens your own email program, so nothing is submitted to or stored on this website. Support correspondence is kept for two years so that a later refund or verification question can be answered against a real history.

What happens at checkout

Checkout is not hosted here. Clicking a purchase button hands you to the authorized payment processor, which collects your name, delivery address, email and payment details under its own privacy terms. We receive the order details we need to pack and ship the parcel and to handle a refund. We never see or store your full card number, and we will never ask for card details by email, text message or telephone.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If you dismiss the offer bar at the bottom of the page, that preference is stored in your browser's session storage so it does not reappear while you browse. It is deleted when you close the tab and it is not readable by us.

Who else sees your data

The payment processor and the shipping carrier, both only to the extent needed to complete your order. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose information if compelled by valid legal process, and we would tell you unless prohibited from doing so.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within 30 days. Deletion requests are honored except where a record must be kept to comply with tax or consumer protection obligations, in which case we will tell you what is being retained and why. Residents of states with specific privacy statutes, including California, may exercise those rights through the same address, and we do not discriminate against anyone who does.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Dietary supplements of this kind are for adults.

Changes and contact
