Order BrainLive, use it, and if it is not doing anything for you, send the jars back within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund of what you paid for the product. Opened jars included. That is the whole policy; the rest of this page is just detail.

How a refund works, step by step
Write to us
Email [email protected] with your order number and say you want to return. No form, no phone queue, no questions designed to talk you out of it.
We send return instructions
Usually the same business day, always within one. You get the return address and a reference number to write on the outside of the parcel.
Send the jars back
All of them, opened or not. Return postage is on you unless the order arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we cover it.
Refund
Processed to the original payment method within three to five business days of the parcel arriving. Your bank then takes its own time, typically another two to five days.
The fine print, without the fine print
- The window runs from the purchase date, not from delivery. Sixty days is generous enough that the distinction rarely matters.
- Opened jars are fine. A guarantee that only covers sealed product is not a guarantee, it is a restocking policy.
- Shipping paid on the original order is not refunded, which affects only the 2-jar kit since the others ship free.
- One guarantee claim per household. It is there for people deciding whether the product works, not as a rental scheme.
- Damaged or incorrect deliveries are not a guarantee matter at all. Tell us and we replace them, no return needed.
Why the window is 60 days and not 30
Because 30 would be dishonest for this formula. Fiber fermentation shifts over weeks, and the review data on this site shows most people describing a change somewhere between the second and fourth week. A month-long guarantee on a product that takes a month to do anything is a technicality. Sixty days gives you a full jar plus enough of a second to judge whether the first was a fluke.
