Merrick & Vale Nutrition, Inc. is a supplement distributor in Bellingham, Washington. We hold the United States distribution for BrainLive, we publish its batch documentation, and we answer the support email ourselves. There are fourteen of us.

Three commitments we can actually keep
Publish the batch, not just the promise
Anyone can print "third-party tested" on a label. We publish the batch code, the laboratory and the certificate reference for the jars currently in the warehouse, and we update them when the batch changes.
Never invent a number
Where the manufacturer does not publish per-ingredient amounts, we say so. It costs us conversions and it is the right call.
Answer as a person, within a business day
Support is a human in Bellingham, not a chat widget trained to deflect refunds. Refund requests are processed, not negotiated.
Why this domain exists
brainlivesupplement.com is the authorized online distribution portal for BrainLive in the United States for the 2026 production cycle. That phrase gets used loosely in this industry, so here is what it means in practice. The manufacturer ships production batches to one fulfillment operation. That operation is ours. Every jar that reaches a customer in the United States passes through it, which is what makes batch traceability possible and what makes the verification page more than decoration.
The alternative model, wholesale into marketplaces, was considered and rejected. It moves more units. It also means no control over storage, no way to answer a customer asking which batch they have, and no realistic way to honor a refund on a jar somebody else sold. We would rather sell fewer jars and be able to stand behind each one.

How we make money, stated plainly
We buy inventory from the manufacturer and sell it to you at the published price. That margin is our entire business. We are not a neutral review site, we are not a comparison service, and where we describe the product favourably you should read it as a distributor describing something it sells. The way we try to earn trust despite that position is by being specific about what the evidence supports, publishing the criticism on the reviews page alongside the praise, and refunding without argument.
