Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves us, usually one business day after the order. If it has been more than six business days since dispatch, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
I want a refund
Email the orders address with your order number inside 60 days of purchase. You do not need to explain yourself. Return instructions come back the same or next business day; the full policy is on the refund page.
Is this jar genuine?
Photograph the lot code on the base and send it to us. The verification page lists the current batch so you can check it yourself first.
Can you advise on my medication?
No, and we will say so. Our research panel reviews what we publish, but nobody here can advise on your prescriptions. That is a question for your pharmacist or doctor.
